As we approach the final days of the blessed month of Ramadan, a season of mercy, abundance, and spiritual purification, we experience the peace and joy of reaching Laylat al-Qadr, which has been proclaimed to be better than a thousand months. All praise and thanks be to Almighty Allah, who has bestowed upon us the opportunity to witness this precious and virtuous night.

This blessed night is an exceptional time in which mercy, forgiveness, and blessings manifest in their fullest, prayers are accepted, hearts are purified, and spiritual feelings are strengthened.

On the occasion of this meaningful night, I sincerely congratulate, first and foremost, the Manas family, as well as our nations Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan, and the entire Turkic-Islamic world on Laylat al-Qadr. I pray to Almighty Allah that this blessed night brings health, peace, goodness, and prosperity to all humanity.
