Service is billed on a minimum billing increment of 15 minutes.

On-site Support Services - $50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum required (On-site support is limited due to Covid19)

(Special Services & On-site Support Rates are NOT included in the Monthly Retainer Packages)

We use time-tracking software for reporting time to our clients.
